Come Play Theo

So if the last drawing was just drawn up without much thought into it, I played around with design and such for today and came up with this. I guess a tauric body wasn't really working for me, so what about a noodle dragon orca? :3

I still need a name, keep em coming! If any information about him goes so far, he has a real fondness of otters, seals, penguins and dolphins, but mostly otters <3
